BILLING OPTIONS

Choose a monthly plan or data bundle

The only publicly available billing types are monthly plans and data bundles. Monthly plans suit continuous use, while data bundles suit infrequent use and users who want to keep their balance long term.

Monthly plans billed from the activation date

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. It does not reset for everyone on the first day of the month, so check your activation date when reviewing your balance. If you need more data mid-cycle, upgrade in the user panel; the price difference is converted into remaining days.

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9 / month

A good fit for less frequent cross-border access, mainly text, web research, and light office work. The cost is fixed and the data allowance is clear.

  • 60GB included each month
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • 110+ countries / 170+ routes
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refund policy

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28 / month

Designed for frequent use across devices, higher video consumption, or less day-to-day data tracking. The plan still resets on the activation date each month.

  • 500GB included each month
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • 110+ countries / 170+ routes

CHOOSING A PLAN

How to choose a billing method

First consider whether your use is continuous, then whether your monthly data needs are fairly consistent. Do not compare capacity alone; understand how each option resets.

Choose a monthly plan for continuous use

If access to international websites, remote work, AI Tools, or Streaming continues throughout the month, a monthly plan makes fixed spending easier to manage. The main difference between 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB is monthly data capacity; route coverage, device rules, and the refund policy remain the same.

Monthly plans have a clear limitation: data resets each month on the activation date. Unused monthly data is not retained long term under the data-bundle rules. Consider your activation date and typical usage before choosing.

Choose a data bundle for occasional use

If your needs center on business trips, project work, or occasional access, a data bundle usually fits better. The 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB options last until used and never expire, so you do not need to plan around a monthly reset.

A data bundle does not mean usage can be ignored. Video, system updates, and background transfers across multiple devices all consume your balance. Check your remaining data in the user panel and add more based on actual usage to keep billing clear.

Upgrade when your usage increases

When upgrading a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. A safer approach is to check the data left in the current cycle, then compare higher-capacity plans instead of changing your long-term billing setup because of a short-term increase.

If your usage is irregular, compare the rules for monthly plans and data bundles directly. One resets on the activation date, while the other never expires; the key factor is your usage pattern, not a simple conversion between billing types.

INCLUDED

Included with every plan

Monthly plans and data bundles use different data rules, but they share the same clients, route coverage, and device range.

110+ countries / 170+ routes

Switch between international routes based on your destination, region, and use case. Route count and coverage do not change with plan capacity.

Unlimited devices

The same account can be used on different devices. For easier data management, keep the connection active only on devices that need cross-border access.

Desktop and mobile platforms

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Get client software and subscription details from the user panel after signing in.

Choose routes by use case

Office work, AI Tools, web access, and Streaming can require different routes. Choose a destination region before connecting, then switch routes if regional conditions change.

60-day refund policy

To request a refund, submit your order details through the ticket entry in the user panel. Progress and replies remain available there.

No email address required

Create an account with a username and password. Save your login details securely; plans, subscriptions, orders, and tickets are all managed in the user panel.
